Welcoming Ceremony: A Port of Baltimore Tribute to Fort McHenry and the Star Spangled Banner
This honor will be highlighted with a presentation by our USMMA Midshipman Regimental Color Guard, Honor Guard and Drill Team.  Additionally, a special Star Spangled Banner ceremony will be provided by the NJROTC Cadets of the Baltimore Maritime Industries Academy.  Program music will be provided by our Regimental Band members.

A Communication Forum hosted by the KPA-CPA, and attended by all KP Alumni.

The Conference will feature a
Maritime Dinner Speaker Program - Star-Spangled 200” 
- War of 1812 Bicentennial - A Port of Baltimore Tribute to Fort McHenry and the Star Spangled Banner, on Thursday March 29, 2012 at 5:30PM, at the Conference Center.

This venue provides a professional Maritime Setting at a state-of-the-art
Conference Center and Hotel.  CCMIT / MITAGS is easily accessible by air, rail and highway.  NO CAR RENTAL IS REQUIRED!  CCMIT shuttle to air & rail available 24/7.  BWI Airport & Rail is 5 minutes from CCMIT!

This Forum is provided as a full-day program,

KPA Leadership Conference - Action Plan Committee 111111 Report. 
We have invited DOT Secretary Ray LaHood, DOT Deputy Secretary Porcari and Maritime Administrator David T. Matsuda.  Additionally, Dr. Shashi Kumar, Master Mariner,
USMMA Interim Superintendent, has been invited to speak at this conference.  Dr. Kumar has been commissioned to lead the Strategic Planning Process.

2:00 PM  Agenda Topic Moderators & Speakers (to be announced)

Agenda Topic Moderators will introduce their subject and provide discussion provoking items.  Conference Participants are then welcome to actively engage in the discussion with additional information and opinions for action.  The moderator is requested to channel the discussion and call upon each participant who desires to speak.  The moderators are responsible for observing the time schedule set for each topic. Participants are likewise requested to respect the agenda schedule.  Thank you!
